The Mikuni rack style flat slide carburetors have been a standard in the snowmobile industry for many years.  As the engine displacement has increased the float bowl sizes have stayed the same.  Then we add high volume exhaust, port jobs, big-bore kits, turbos, superchargers or long uphill pulls and the standard float bowl can become marginal and lead to engine damage.  Even going over rough terrain can produce missing, due to fuel splashing and the carburetor sucking intermittent air.

Our new Deep Well Float Bowl, made of a composite, is the clear ticket to making sure your carb's main jet gets the fuel it needs.  It holds 50% more fuel and because it's clear you can check your float level or check for debris at a glance.  The new inverted pyramid design continuously uses the fuel inertia to direct the fuel downward toward the main jet rather than splashing randomly.  Stock or modified engines can benefit from the Deep Well Float Bowl.  They fit 38mm and 40mm rack style Mikuni carbs.
